Curiosity Goals: To build and maintain the muscle of curiosity, decide to dedicate one hour each week to exploring and learning about something new. Choose something that is complementary to the direction you are going in any area of your life. Make sure it is exciting and enjoyable and has the power to expand your intelligence and well being.
Beginner’s Mindset: With each weekly curiosity goal, show up as a learner who is open to possibility. Bring enjoyment and excitement to the opportunity to observe and learn about something new.
