Limitlessness

Who is it in you
who fights to hold on
to your limitations?

When you are unclear about what limitations
influence your thinking, feeling and doing,
it’s easy to live a life where you are surrounded by them.

3 ideas + 3 questions on limitations, from me.

Your ideas create your beliefs. Your beliefs create your behaviors. Your behaviors create your habits. Your habits create a behavior and belief reinforcing way of life (i.e. a practice). To change your life, create new ideas about your life. Here are a few ideas to inspire your practice.

Let Go:

  1. Identify Your Limits. Identify all limiting beliefs and the limiting behaviors and habits you use to reinforce them.

  2. Start With Discontentment: when you identify where you are unsatisfied with your life, what beliefs, behaviors and habits do you use to reinforce your dissatisfaction?

  3. Let Go. Let go of all of it, including your discontentment, today.

Aim Higher:

  1. Set New Targets. Identify better beliefs. Identify better behaviors and habits you will use to reinforce them, today.

  2. Practice. In what important areas of your life can you begin to develop these ideas into a deliberate practice, today?

  3. Let Go and Stretch. As you climb higher, can you continuously let go of any reaction you experience to the challenge?

3 insights on limitations, from others.

The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible

Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they're yours.

Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.
